Meditation to Relax Your Body and Mind
Take 16 minutes to check in with your body, notice and release areas of tension, and connect with your breath. This 16-minute meditation is designed to help lengthen your breath and create a relaxation response (rest and digest) in your body.

Pandemic PAUSE: Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable
Over the last couple weeks, I felt a strong pull to create two new meditations. One is a practice in building compassion, and the other is designed to build emotional resilience when we feel confronted or threatened. My hope for these two meditations is that with practice, they’ll help create a PAUSE — even one breath — between stimulus and response.
