I’ve been cutting paper snowflakes since I was a little kid, and they’ve always brought me great joy. There’s something about the the tricky challenge of folding and cutting, mixed with the satisfaction of seeing it unfolded, that is so fulfilling.
What started as a hobby and party trick turned into a creative business endeavor after I had my second child. I was looking for something to do that was just MINE. Something quiet, organized, and not covered in sticky kid goo.
I began selling snowflakes at artists markets and local stores, and soon developed a large online following on Pinterest & through my website.
I do a few select shows each year, and otherwise sell PDF patterns so others can cut their own fancy snowflakes at home!
